The Council for International Exchange of Scholars has opened the 2010-2011 Traditional Fulbright Scholar Program Competition. U.S. faculty and professionals are invited to apply for Fulbright scholar grants by Saturday, August 1. The program sends 800 U.S. faculty and professionals abroad each year to over 130 countries.
