Mr. Blitzer is an independent Executive and Management Consultant and a Senior Director with Spherion Corp. in Cupertino. He is responsible for providing career transition consulting, executive development coaching (including 360 feedback, Myers-Briggs interpretation, and Peak Performance analysis), and related management seminars and workshops. He has more than 26 years of experience in strategic consulting, service quality and teams, management training, and human resource management. He was the third employee at AchieveGlobal (formerly Zenger Miller), a training, education, and consulting organization headquartered in San Jose.
