Updates to Well-Being Wednesday

As we usher in the new year, we are thrilled to unveil some exciting changes to our Well-Being Wednesday Newsletter that will make your journey to well-being fulfilling. We are transitioning from biweekly to monthly newsletter delivery and focusing on bringing more wellness events to the campus community.

In our continuous pursuit of promoting well-being, we are delighted to announce that we will be collaborating with partners to host a series of wellness events throughout the year. These events will cover a diverse range of topics, including physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and more. We believe that bringing these events to our campus will foster a sense of community and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

We are genuinely excited about these changes and the opportunities they present to foster a healthier, more connected community. Your well-being remains at the heart of what we do, and we are committed to providing you with the tools and resources needed to lead a balanced and fulfilling life.

Thank you for being an integral part of the SJSU community, and here's to a year filled with health, happiness, and prosperity.

Yoga and Meditation Sessions Hosted by SJSU Staff Council

Staff Council is now offering yoga and meditation sessions to provide a space for rejuvenation and inspiration for staff. The sessions will be led by our staff member, and experienced yoga/meditation instructor, Rhoda Shapiro, RYT® 500. If you're interested, meet in front of the Spartan Complex(SPX) Room 160/Gym at NOON.

  • KinderCare - Save 10% on full-time, part-time, and drop-in tuition for early childhood education or school-age distance learning programs
  • Are You a Veteran? Complete the Veteran Questionnaire Google form. This list will only be used by SJSU for this purpose.
