Stakeholders involved in the development and monitoring of the class schedule and classroom utilization use the Enrollment Status Summary Dashboard (ESSD). A more dynamic dashboard including more filters and self-support data is forthcoming.
For Institutional Research & Strategic Analytics (IRSA) maintains this dashboard in collaboration with AS&SM. This dashboard may be used in collaboration with the Daily Enrollment Dashboard to gain further insights into student data points.
The Enrollment Status Summary Report are not final Enrollment Census Data, and designed for college and department planning purposes. Minor variances may exist between this site and the Enrollment Census Reports.

To match student demand and resources to classes offered and monitor registration, review the Academic Planning Tools from Ad Astra. These tools allow us to make data-driven decisions regarding the course schedule and classroom utilization to provide our students with access to the necessary courses to improve retention rates, graduation rates, and student success.
Prior Regular Session Reports by College
As of September 20, 2024, AS&SM discontinued the practice of running daily PDF reports and posting them onto this website. By Summer 2025, the historical PDFs will be removed from this website and archived into a Google Folder.
The available Regular Session Enrollment Status Summary PDF Reports by college include: Fall 2024 (September 19, 2024), Summer 2024 (June 29, 2024), and Spring 2024 (February 21, 2024).
