Cheick Camara serves as the Vice President and Managing Director at ServiceNow Africa, where he brings his visionary leadership and strategic expertise. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Cheick is deeply committed to education and community development as an advisory council member for the College of Engineering at San José State University. His passion for fostering inclusive environments is further exemplified through his role as co-chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. Additionally, Cheick dedicates his time and efforts as a board member at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley, supporting youth empowerment and development in the community. Through his diverse roles, Cheick demonstrates a steadfast commitment to driving positive change and fostering innovation across different sectors.

 

Demetriah WebsterDemetriah Webster
Corporate Responsibility, Ichor Systems

Demetriah Webster is an accomplished leader with extensive experience across multiple industries, including semiconductors and aerospace. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Ichor Systems, she spearheads sustainability initiatives, drives workforce diversity, and employee and community engagement.

With a robust background in operations and program management. Demetriah has successfully led cross-functional teams and managed global high-impact projects at The Boeing Company, United Technologies Corporation, and Ichor Systems. She is also the owner of G Harvest Homes Inc., a residential redevelopment business. Demetriah holds a BS in Materials Science & Engineering and multiple certifications program management, real estate and entrepreneurship.

 

Madhu KocharMadhu Kochar
Vice President, Product Development IBM Software, Automation

Madhu Kochar is the Vice President of Product Development for the Automation Business Unit at IBM. She leads a worldwide development team of 3,000+ covering a portfolio of IBM's leading AI-powered software offerings in the areas of IT Automation, Application Modernization and MultiCloud Platforms.

Before her current role, Madhu formed IBM's strategy for the critical Data and AI portfolio, ensuring products provided a clear and safe pathway to AI adoption and data platform to drive insights. Madhu has also distinguished herself by successfully establishing a world-class service delivery and engineering team that transformed IBM's hybrid cloud business. Madhu is the recipient of the prestigious Tribute to Women (TWIN) award, a recognition of her role as an outstanding woman executive in Silicon Valley and an inspiration for other women in the technology industry. Madhu has also represented IBM in the STEM Summit Panels, is on the IBM Corporate Asian Council, and leads the local IBM Women Charter, whose goal is to grow the next generation of women leaders. Madhu is based in San Jose, California.
