The Environmental Technician is responsible for implementing and maintaining regulatory requirements relating to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) and Department of Transportation (DOT). In this role you will work with engineers and technicians daily to ensure that their manufacturing campus and west coast recovery operations can support SpaceX goals while meeting all environmental objectives and regulatory requirements. This location is based in Hawthorne, CA and is currently taking applications.

Green Corps offers a yearlong, paid training program that gives training and experience needed to kickstart an organizing career while making an immediate impact on critical environmental issues, from saving last wild places, to protecting oceans, to reducing climate change pollution. The Green Corps Organizer program provides a unique combination of classroom instruction and field experience. Over the course of the year, Organizers will receive eight weeks of classroom training, run three to five campaigns throughout the year, and run a grassroots canvass office. This position starts in 2025 and does not require any previous organizing experience.

The Agricultural Research Service (ARS) serves as the U.S. Department of Agriculture's primary in-house scientific research agency, with the mission of finding solutions to agricultural challenges that impact the American people. ARS is currently opening several research and fellowship opportunities to all college students.

Environmental Field Chemist Internship - Summer 2025
The Chemist internship program is designed for students interested in maintaining a sustainable environment. The intern will be responsible for tasks associated with handling, segregating, packing, and inspecting chemical waste. This position will work both indoors and outdoors at plants, labs, and customer sites assisting with lab packs, household hazardous waste (HHW) collections and lab moves. Students will have the opportunity to shadow other positions within the Company. Interns can expect to participate in networking events and complete a final presentation at the conclusion of the program. They are searching for a reliable and team-oriented individual with an excellent commitment to safety to join our growing team during the Summer of 2025!
