Room Reservation

The Clark 100H Meeting Room (Fishbowl) is designated as a quiet meeting space, and reservations are available to SJSU Departments and Centers, and recognized SJSU Student Organizations. 

WHEN IS THE ROOM AVAILABLE?

  • Summer (June 1- August 15)
    • Monday - Friday, from 10am - 4pm
    • If you are SJSU Staff/Administrator and need access to the room outside of the summer hours, please contact us at eop@sjsu.edu 
  • Fall and Spring Terms
    •  Monday - Friday, from 9am - 7pm
The room is not available on Saturday or Sunday. Please review the availability calendar prior to submitting a request:

RESERVATION GUIDELINES
  • Requests are limited to 2 hours per day, including set-up and clean-up
  • Any exceptions to the time limit will be granted on a case-by-case basis
  • SJSU Departments/Centers will be given priority for scheduling
  • SJSU Student Orgs can request the room a maximum of 2 weeks in advance
  • Non-SJSU affiliated individuals or organizations requests are not allowed
ROOM POLICIES
  • Due to safety code, this room holds a maximum of 20 persons
  • Tables and chairs should be returned to the U-shaped configuration, fans turned off, and waste disposed of after the meeting
  • Chairs, tables, and fans are not allowed to be removed from the room
  • For technical support, contact the IT Help Desk at 4-1530 or Academic Technology at 4-2867
  • In-room monitor usage is available for confirmed reservations only

Please stop by the EOP Front Desk during EOP business hours (Mon-Thu 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4pm), if you need assistance with the room being locked during your reservation time, need cleaning wipes, or assistance with the monitor.
