Sonya Pelia
Sonya Pelia is the co-founder and CEO of Blue Oak Nutraceuticals, a startup aimed at making affordable clinically-tested nutraceuticals accessible to all. Sonya is also co-founder and COO of The Monarch Mavens, a startup consulting firm helping B2B SaaS startups build revenue and resilience. She has been CMO and head of digital marketing at startups in the martech, storage, data, and networking sectors. For over 30 years, she has served her community as a volunteer, board member, and, for two tenures, as President of Maitri, a non-profit dedicated to ending domestic violence in Silicon Valley.
Monica Pal
Monica Pal is the co-founder and CTO of Blue Oak Nutraceuticals. Monica is also co-founder and COO of The Monarch Mavens, a startup consulting firm helping B2B SaaS startups build revenue and resilience. A serial entrepreneur, she has extensive experience building brands and establishing product-market fit. She served as a judge at the SpartUp 2024 Pitch Jam and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Sriram Govindan
Sriram is a fellow Spartan (class of Spring 2023) who previously worked as a machine learning engineer. Currently he is the CEO of Bench AI, a startup aimed at using AI to make Digital Accessibility Standards easier to follow, founded during his time at SJSU.
