Abstract:
The convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) and wearable sensor technology is revolutionizing health monitoring, offering real-time insights into both physical and mental well-being. This talk explores the development of an AI-powered smart health tracker, leveraging advanced algorithms and multimodal data from wearable devices to provide a holistic view of users' health. Key features include recognizing daily activities in real-time, wellness-risk scoring, and personalized health recommendations. The talk will discuss how this technology works with data from wearable sensors and address challenges such as noisy data, missing information, and real-world adaptability, along with ensuring privacy and security for users. Furthermore, it highlights the potential of AI to interpret complex, longitudinal sensor data, empowering users to make proactive health decisions.
