The Title IV-E Application for Fall 2025 will open in December 2024, please check back in early December for the application link. (link below is currently inactive)

Qualified applicants will be invited for a panel awards interview.

2025-2026 SJSU Title IV-E Application

You are also required to upload a Statement of Intent and Resume on your application by March 1, 2025:

*Applicants applying to the Part-Time (3-Year) Title IV-E program or the Online/Hybrid (2 Year) Title IV-E program must be a current full time employee of a County Social Services Agency.  In addition to the above listed supplemental documents you are required to:

• You are required to submit a letter of support from the county agency director (due once you are granted acceptance to the MSW program).
