DESCRIPTION

To help students transition successfully from campus to career, a field trip was organized to Intel. In this field trip, students met with Intel engineers and leaders; learned leading technologies and industry trends; as well as learned the tips to launch their career successfully in the high-tech industry.

Thank you for your hard work in getting everyone on the waitlist into the Intel tour. It was a great experience and all the Intel ladies were so energetic. I appreciated all the advice that was given. After the panel was over I asked the Intel ladies about graduate school and when is the best time to go based on their experiences. Professor Belle Wei also advised me on my question. The main thing I took from this experience was how to network within a company because it will give you a boost in moving up the corporate ladder.
