College Approval Deadlines 

If you are planning to submit new curriculum proposals or revisions to be effective Fall 2026, these must be approved at the college level by the following deadlines.

* The college approval deadline to inactivate cross listed courses is August 20, 2025 for spring 2026 implementation and December 20, 2025 for fall 2026 implementation. 

While curriculum proposals can be submitted in Modern Campus Curriculum/Curriculog at any time, those not approved by the deadlines will be implemented in the following academic year (fall 2027).
