College Approval Deadlines 

Starting fall 2025, there will be a single deadline of October 1 for all curriculum proposals.

If you are planning to submit new curriculum proposals or revisions to be effective Fall 2026, these must be approved at the college level by October 1, 2025.

    • New Degree Program:
      • Projection Proposal (for March Board of Trustees Meeting)
      • Detailed/Full Proposal
    • New Pilot Degree Program
    • New SAGE Program
    • New Certificate / Credential / Honors / Minor

  • Department / School: Name Change OR Reorganization 
May 1, 2025
  • New Degree Projection Proposal (for July Board of Trustee Meeting)

While curriculum proposals can be submitted in Modern Campus Curriculum at any time, those not approved by October 1 will be implemented in the following academic year (Fall 2027).
