Born and raised in Monterey County, Cecelia (Cece) Caro has held a natural passion for the art and process of video production since childhood. With a background in Film and Theatre, Cece has collaborated and produced numerous media projects (both professionally and personally).

Cece earned an Associates of Science in Digital Film-making from Santa Rosa Jr. College along with a B.A. in Communications & Media Studies at Sonoma State University (SSU).  

Cece started her career path in Early Childhood Education. As a former assistant and certified preschool teacher, she helped enrich the lives of young children for nine years. During her last semester at SSU, she became a marketing assistant for the School of Business & Economics.  She eventually became the Dean’s assistant in the same department before transferring to SJSU.

When not tending to her duties at the Ministry of Silly Walks, Cece loves visiting theme parks, creating video content, and re-watching 80’s classics.  If you ever desire to discuss intricate plot details of Back to the Future or engage in a lightsaber duel, she will gladly meet your requests.
