Rainbow FLASH

Rainbow FLASH (Families Learning and Supporting Health) is a collaborative mental health initiative with SJSU Queer Hope Institute that is built by and for our community. Guided by local voices and lived experience, Rainbow FLASH brings together education, counseling, and family support to help BIPOC LGBTQIA+ youth and their families thrive.
Through workshops, peer connections, and culturally grounded care, the program strengthens mental wellness, builds supportive networks, and empowers families to understand and affirm their loved ones. Together, we’re creating spaces where every young person feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
