How can I get access to the Adobe Creative Cloud software?

SJSU offers the Adobe Creative Cloud, a collection of professional Adobe apps free of cost for SJSU students, faculty and staff. It is meant to be used for the SJSU-related activities and not for personal/commercial use.

To request access, please fill out the Adobe Student Request form. **Note: Only currently enrolled SJSU students during the given semester are eligible to receive access.

How to install the Adobe software and getting started with it?

Once you get the confirmation mail, kindly follow the steps mentioned in the guide: Adobe-installation [pdf] to install the software and to start using it. Please mail us on cfeti@sjsu.edu if you run into trouble.

What to do if you see 'Start Trial' or purchase option inside the Adobe CC?

If you see trial, then your Adobe CC is running on your personal SJSU account and not on the free enterprise account. If so, logout of the your account and login with the enterprise account by following the steps after step 4 mentioned in the Adobe Install Guide [pdf].
