ERFA Faculty Research and Creative Activity Award
The SJSU Emeritus and Retired Faculty Association (ERFA) Faculty Research & Creative Activity Award was created in 2014 to support the scholarly research and creative activities of senior lecturer faculty, FERP faculty, tenured and tenure track faculty applicants. The award is intended to support research and creative activities by, but not limited to hiring student assistants, acquiring equipment related to scholarly and creative endeavors, and providing funds to enable the ability to give presentations at professional conferences.
Faculty eligible to apply include tenure-track faculty, tenured faculty, FERP faculty, and senior lecturer faculty with more than 6 years of continuous service to SJSU.

Application Process: Please submit and attach all appropriate application materials to the ERFA grant application form.
Application Deadline: Proposals are due by Wednesday December 2, 2026 at 5PM
