Equipment Rental Program

Does your group or student organization need a table and tent for an upcoming event? Let A.S. help!
How The Program Works
- Fill out the request form.
 - Sumbit requests online at least 5 business days before your event.
 - Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an email confirming or rejecting (if equipment
                     is not available) your request.
                     
                     
- If confirmed, you will receive a Google Calendar invitation for pickup and dropoff date and time.
 - You must acept this invite to pickup equipment.
 - You will be responsible for all checked out items until they are retuned.

Important
- Pickup and drop off items are strict.
 - Failure to show up or be late may affect future rentals.
 - Notify A.S. Events at as-events@sjsu.edu if you will be late.
