Wi-Fi Access Point Deployment Matrix

This matrix outlines the rollout of Wi-Fi infrastructure. To maintain alignment with official Transformation 2030 Goal 5B4 metrics, the core strategic target is set at 2,000 access points (APs) for State-owned buildings, with supplemental deployments planned for auxiliary facilities to prevent a campus-wide digital divide.

Network Core & Switching Infrastructure Matrix

The strategic objective for Goal 5B4 is the replacement of 300 Core switches. As part of the "Reconciled Asset Targets," core state upgrades are prioritized to ensure core reliability, while auxiliary and departmental switches (such as those in Engineering) are tracked as supplemental requirements.

Campus Cabling Modernization Matrix

The modernization of campus cabling is essential to support high-speed network backbone and fiber circuits connecting the main campus and satellite facilities. While the current roadmap plans for 21 total building upgrades, the primary strategic metric for Goal 5B4 success is the completion of the first 10 buildings.
